We could not have been more impressed with the quality and care we were given by Maria throughout our entire wedding, including the months leading up to the big day! She met with my husband and I over Zoom to get to know us a little better, and asked lots of detailed questions about what we were looking for (some things we hadn't even thought about yet, which was incredibly helpful). Maria took some of the most stunning photos I've ever seen, many of which were candids and perfectly captured the essence of our day. I tear up every time I look at them because they transport me right back! Maria herself was awesome. She communicated well, was prompt in responses and I never was worried she would miss an important moment.
I was nervous it might feel intrusive having someone in the delivery room, but it never felt that way. My husband and I were still able to have private moments —which Maria subtly captured, and felt like we had solid family time once our little one arrived.
The photos are STUNNING. She was wonderful and patient with our newborn and our toddler while getting the 1-week old photos.

Our studio session with Maria was such a wonderful experience! All the communication leading up to the session was very clear and we felt like we were well prepared. Maria's got a real gift for interacting with newborns - swaddling, shushing, posing, reading the cues. We felt so comfortable in the home studio - there were comfy spaces where we could breastfeed and change our baby. We reached out to Maria to participate in her Baby Friendly Project a few months before our daughter was due. She immediately responded and was super informative of the details of the project as well as her other session packages. She really encouraged thinking over what our vision was, and made it priority to identify those considerations.
We originally met her at the Expectant Parent Retreat, we absolutely loved her work and her obvious passion for newborn photography! Our expectations were exceeded when we saw how she captured the intimacy of the newly forming bond between myself and my newborn. Although Maria didn’t get to spend long with us at the hospital, she still managed to find beautiful opportunities in the smallest of moments.
We were delighted to have her magic touch again when she came to our home for a session a couple weeks later. She certainly has a way with handling your bundle of joy, and more importantly she is assuringly confident in what she does which made new parents, like us, feel comfortable.
