Having a baby on Martha’s Vineyard means always having a chance that you (or the baby) will need to be transferred to a larger hospital on the mainland. After I took my first (terrified) helicopter ride as a committed birth photographer, I knew I wanted to do something special for those babies who start life with a special trip. Hence, my medflight micros: a complimentary session just for babies who were born in Boston after being transferred from MV, with a tiny helicopter prop from one of my favorite vendors.
